This website has no forms and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Stores we host
Each Genki Cart store is operated by its owner, who is responsible for the personal information their customers provide. We process that information on the store owner's behalf only to run the store: orders, order emails, optional customer accounts and support.
Payments are handled by the store's payment provider (Stripe or Square). Card details are never sent to or stored by Genki Cart.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service, or when required by law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information and keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. For a store's customer data, contact that store directly; we will help them respond.
