Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can send an email, you can run your store.
Who builds my store?
We do. Your store is professionally designed and set up for you, then handed over ready to sell.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your store runs on your own domain.
Which payment providers can I use?
Stripe or Square. Payments go straight to your own account.
Do I need to update anything?
Never. Updates happen for you.
Do I need a computer, or can I use my phone?
Either. The admin works fully on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone, so manage your store wherever you are.
How much can the design change?
As much as you like. Our four looks are starting points; colours, type, layout and pages can all be customised for your brand. Just ask.
What do I manage myself?
Products, orders, shipping, coupons, customers and your store details. Design changes are made for you.
Is my store separate from others?
Yes. Every store runs on its own, with its own data.
Can I sell digital downloads, subscriptions or bookings?
Not today. Genki Cart is focused on physical products, done well.
Is there a blog or page builder?
No, by design. Fewer moving parts means fewer things to break.
